Dragon Ball Z: Buyū Retsuden (translated to Dragon Ball Z: Biographies of Valor) is a 2D fighting game developed by TOSE and published by Bandai for the Genesis (in Japan only) on April 1, 1994. Part of the Dragon Ball Z franchise, the game brings the fighting gameplay from the Super Butōden trilogy to the Genesis, bringing together main characters from the Frieza Saga to the Cell Saga of the storyline.
The game was later released in France (as Dragon Ball Z: L'Appel du Destin, translated to Dragon Ball Z: The Call of Destiny), Spain (also with that name), and Portugal (as Dragon Ball Z).
